Lucienna Beauty is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Any transit issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. Shipping fees are completely non-refundable.

There are no exceptions to this policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that do not fit, items that are no longer wanted, or change-of-mind purchases.
